Cory and I are currently training for our first ever half marathon (eek!). We are training for the Publix Georgia (previously ING) Half on Sunday, March 20th. We've gotten through the first week of training ok, but we really need to stick to our schedule a little better. Hopefully now that the holidays are over, it will be a little easier.
Yesterday was our 4+ mile run through the gorgeous, 101 year old Capital City Country Club. This is a great Brookhaven neighborhood for running, walking, or biking long distances. There's sidewalks, shade, and a lot of options for short or long workouts.
